Every year we strive to improve the auction experience for everyone concerned (giving due regard to the contractual processes involved with auctions and our obligations to all our clients) and to make buying and selling at auction as easy and plesant an experience as possible. We also aim to present our clients with the most interesting auctions possible so that each time you attend one of our auctions you wont be dissapointed.

To that end, and in light of the forthcoming 'New Years Resolutions' which we all try to make, we would be more than happy to hear any constructive suggestions from our clients as to what we could do to make things better...We look forward to presenting you with some very interesting auctions during 2007 and hope to see everyone there.
